We started the week in Scone with 2 bets, Direct Vision and Little Archie. Both were unplaced and we ended the day -3 units.
On Wednesday we bet into Hawksebury, Sandown and Kyneton.
Grimoire was our good winner at Hawkesbury with 3u @ $4
At Sandown Mr T found Chenier who was simply brilliant on debut and saluted for members, 3u @ $1.95.
1 Bet at Kyneton, Bill The Bee who ran second.
On a big day of bets we ended +1.9 units.
On Thursday we could only land a place bet at Newcastle, we backed Cuban Sizzle each way who ran 3rd and Just Thinking and Kanavu who couldn’t get the job don for us. Ending the day -3.8
Friday was a different story. Luke Murrell bet into 3 races for 3 winners. At Port Macquarie we backed Lightning Alley 5u @ $1.9 who saluted, Tessa Burrito 1.5u @ $5.10. And to end the night Luke unloaded on Sunlight at Mooney Valley with 5u @ $1.82. Ending the day +12.8 units.
Saturdays have proved tough the past month and it looked like this one would be no different. We had a good result with 2u on Star Reflection running a place @ $4.15 at Rosehill. Mr T’s eye on the trials paid off again with 2u on Tahitian Dancer @ $3.75 at Mornington. Luke struck at Mornington also with 2u on Steel Prince @ $2.95. It took to the last betting race of the day for us to get out of jail, Eagle Farm R8 and Luke backed Order Again 2u @ $3.77 and Chillin With Dylan 0.5u each way @ $71\$11, they ran the quinella in the race and saved the day from a big loss. We ended Saturday -4.8u
Sunday we bet into the Sunshine Coast, Muswellbrook and Orange.
At the sunny coast R6 we backed Outpatient, Fiarlighting and Emsie Is A Star, Emsie Is A Star did it easily 4u @ $1.75.
Orange R7 we backed Pips Pick, Dollar Thief and Dynamite dan, Dynamite dan got the job done, 1u @ $11.30
At Muswellbrook Luke had a decent go at Noble Boy who sat back in the field, was 10 lengths off them but cruised up in the straight for a dominant win, 5u @ $1.93
Sunday ended with a +2.94u profit.
